In the heart of the ‘4me4all’ journey, Work Package 2 (WP2) takes the stage with exciting goals:
🔍 Holistic Assessment: Crafting a mixed-method assessment for at-risk adolescents.
🎨 Perception Profiling: Painting a vivid profile by exploring perceptions, knowledge, beliefs, and behaviors related to social and emotional skills through sports.
📊 Short-form Measure: Creating a snappy tool for assessing social and emotional skills.
🌐 Cross-Country Insights: Reporting emotional and social competencies for at-risk adolescents across partner countries.
WP2’s findings shape the pilot traineeship program in WP4. Our approach involves qualitative exploration, lively focus groups, a quantitative survey of 300 participants, and dazzling data analysis.
As IKOS, we successfully completed our focus group meetings with the participation of 19 players coming from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. We would like to thank to below sport clubs and their coaches that they agreed to take part and involve their players to this research process.
