Organizational Structure
BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Members who hold regular meetings and contribute to IKOS’s visibility., prepare and follow IKOS’s strategy.
DIRECTOR: Responsible for the functioning of the association’s organs, tracking and monitoring the work of other teams.
ADVISORY BOARD: A board where the developed works of IKOS and its economic enterprise are consulted and opinions are take.
PROJECT TEAM: Full-ti me/part – time employees responsible for the execution of operational tasks and the implementation of project activities.
EXPERT TEAM: Experts who support IKOS on a project/job bass.
TRAINER TEAM: Trainers who support IKOS on a project/job basis.
VOLUNTEER TEAM:
People who have participated in our volunteer program
