Project “COOLTOURS” aims to increase the potential of youth work in developing the competencies of the future and innovation, based on education in the field of cultural heritage. It will be reached by the acquisition and growth of competencies in the area of designing useful and innovative educational solutions; working with creative, inclusive, and participatory methods; exchange of experiences and knowledge; identification and dissemination of good and innovative practices in this topic.
As a result of 24 months action plan, we aim to reach below results:
– soft: competencies, knowledge, skills of participants in the area of developing future competencies and innovation in youth work, based on education in the field of cultural heritage;
– measurable: online “CoolTour Guide” that will include methods, tools, and case studies supporting participants in developing future competencies and innovation, based on education in the field of cultural heritage;
– strengthen cooperation and network of partners.
